All entries will be taken on Saturday, August 4, 2007 from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.

In the Domestic Arts Building

 

RULES & REGULATIONS:

1.   Exhibitor must be a resident of Obion County or a member of an Obion County FCE Club.

2.   Entries:  Adult Art will be taken on Saturday, August 4, 2007 from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.

3.   Exhibitor must be 18 years of age or older.

4.   PAINTINGS MUST HAVE BEEN PAINTED SINCE THE 2005 FAIR AND BE PAINTED BY THE EXHIBITOR.

5.   Entries may not have been entered in competition in the Obion County Fair before.

6.   All paintings shall be framed or mounted on heavy mat board, and must be wired or corded for hanging with wire or cord to extend from one side of frame or board to the other.  NO TAPE ACCEPTED.

7.   The department superintendent shall be complete charge of arranging and showing the exhibits.

8.   At the discretion of the superintendent, large items may not be entered or shown due to lack of space.

9.   No exhibitor may have more than one entry in any one lot.

10. All artists’ names will be covered during judging.

11. Entries will not be released until 9:00 a.m. on Monday following the Fair.

Rules:

1.  Must have been painted or drawn be the person exhibiting.

2.  Must have been completed within the last year and NEVER EXHIBITED AT THE OBION COUNTY FAIR.

3.  Any medium may be used.
