PUBLIC SERVICE EXHIBIT SPACE

A limited number of space have been allocated at the OBION COUNTY FAIR for PUBLIC SERVICE EXHIBITS during the week of AUGUST 14 - 19, 2006.

Each Public Service Booth will be an 8 foot by 8 foot space, FREE OF CHARGE.  SPACE WILL BE ALLOCATED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.  If you desire a space, please fill in the form below and return to the above address.

NO PASSES ARE ISSUED TO ANY PERSON AT ANY TIME.  Persons working in the exhibit will be required to have a ticket to enter the gates.

NO SELLING OR TAKING OF DONATIONS  --  ORDER TAKING ONLY PERMITTED !!!!  No goods are allowed to be delivered on the Fairgrounds.  Delivery of orders and payment must be off the grounds or after the Fair.

NOTICE

REASONABLE SECURITY WILL BE PROVIDED BETWEEN THE ABOVE DATES. HOWEVER, THE OBION COUNTY FAIR ASSOCIATION WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE OF EXHIBITS, DISPLAYS, AND/OR EQUIPMENT.

Booth space is assigned.  Fair office will help you with the location of your space.  Booths must be in place by 5 p.m. Monday, August 14, 2006.
